IT WORKS!….but is there a more secure way to do it? (PHP: Include question)

I’m doing a tech site for my education, and I have decided to use the PHP: include function and so the website will be easier to keep. I have not one but two include files: head. php (which holds the internet in the < head> tages, the actual header, and the particular horizontal navigation) footer. php (which holds the internet in the footer) My problem is when using the files in sub-folders. Next time i include " scalp. php", the links for the css files, photographs, and other pages are incorrect in addition to won’t work. I tried when using the direct url to the files. It does work, but I don’t like the thought of having the file urls out for everyone to see inside source code. Is there a more secure way to achieve this You requires the full report url’s really, having them comparable won’t reap any benefits for that public. Fact is I can save as on your own page and it will eventually change every url to include the complete URL. You have to to remember your images will be relative in your file containing your includes. The comprises, for a strategy to think of … Continue reading

divs

Howdy everyone POST, m new to that so please become patient….. what rae essentially the most common divs used when generating a web site eg wrapper, header, content and footer will be what i, ve been told and are you ready for widths height etc of the forementioned any help will be great thanks earlier in CSS you can define the " divs" any way you desire, there are simply no " standards"… naming conventions in the DIVS are up to you. In the western world width and elevation, same thing applies… that all varies according to the design you are attempting to acheive, but education sake… you will discover 2 kinds involving designs ( in all probability more, but because of this converstation )… static – in which you define the fixed width and everything to the page pretty much displays from the same location, whether you’re seeing it over a 17 in keep an eye on, or a TWENTY-FIVE inch wide screen. the drawbacks to that are obvious. if the design is set to your width of 1024, anyone running the resolution wider than that will see empty areas on each side from the design, the better the … Continue reading

Photo compare

I am creating a website with the main function regarding comparing photos. So i would like to create a strong interface inwhich you’ll find two photos. Below you can click a option that reads quit or right. Once the user clicked one of these brilliant buttons the program would randomly choose two other photos with the library. I want to know what environment to build this in mainly because i dont know when get started on. thanks Pretty much any server-side scripting language is able to do that. Take your current pick and study one. Thanks what ide regarded as a use i along with how would i get going exactly Here are some options Php (most common education with a method learning curve) Ruby (usually by using Rails or Sinatra) Python (Good by using Django) Perl (very popular for any early web a short time, many perl pieces of software are still used) Java/Scala (Very successful for large applications, but steep studying curve) ASP. net (another powerful selection, used for some of the biggest websites, for example Stack Overflow) And that’s not even scratching the actual surface. You mention " comparing", and then the script automatically chooses two more … Continue reading
