Out of the loop — RoR, PHP or Django?

I will be completely outside the web design trap. The last time I worked on a web site was a good 2 or three years ago. However, a friend and Concerning been planning a web site project together to get a fairly long time now, and we’ve last but not least got enough ideas because of begin working in it. Now this time has come, I find myself just a little overwhelmed by the entire new technologies utilized in web design — particularly these frameworks, like RoR and Django. Font size and other related attributes

Regarding font sizes, MY PARTNER AND I use percentages, eg Code: font-size: 120%; For div widths and many others sometimes I employ percentages, but largely I’d use pixels, for instance so Code: width: 800px; margins along with padding, always pixels Code: underlay: 20px 0px 15px 0px; margin: 0px; Why I merely do. It’s just the best way I learnt.
