Another forum besides PHP?

Any kind of of you guys know of a different forum type I’ll use besides PHP I discovered my server doesnt service PHP. I was woundering the following… If I created twelve or so templates in FrontPage, would it be advisable if I created how do i show them out of, and possible sell them in the near future I what happens I’m really asking is this… Is FrontPage an excellent enough program to begin this in, or regarded as a use Dreamweaver or perhaps something else Templates generally require graphics, and neither Frontpage or perhaps Dreamweaver are ideal for designing templates.
