bad jpg image quality after upload

Jpg image keeps reverting to .lnk in zip file?

I have this. jpg image about my desktop that I’m trying to use in a website script We’ve in a zip report but everytime WE try, the zip archive program just improvements the extension with a. lnk! What the heck is always that It’s a header picture and it’s upgrading the old header image while in the script. I’ve had this matter before but forgot how I set it.
