is dreamweaver mx slow only on my mac or…?

this dreamweaver mx i always use at home on my pc great, quick and simple to operate programme. the dreamweaver mx i always have on this kind of mac G4 at work, is just completely wrong. whatever i perform, it takes a long time to react. like, if i delete a line of text its likely to roll that tiny thinking clock cursor to the next 10 mere seconds. its SO irritating. and it maintains having these remaining pieces of impression… like, if a person scroll, some areas of the page will look as if remain in exactly the same place, althuogh theyre definitely not. if you know why. is the fact so on everyones mac or is there something generally wrong with this one any ideas what the problem may be o . k this processor isn’t the newest, it is only 733 mhz, but i’ve worked on slower and i had no problems. and i’ve 768Mbs ram. and im not running every other applications when dreamweaver will be slow. aranoid: bleh! Help with text please..

Im making a site for my band. Im making use of photoshop and dreamweaver. MY SPOUSE AND I dont know significantly about html. I made the complete site out connected with tables.. One big table while using background image because template i containing photoshop and then the rest are all kitchen tables within, holding the content set up.. My personal problem is.. I cant figure out how to make a scrollable reports section. There should be so much space for text within the template i produced. So i want the news section to have a scroll tavern. How do i do that I figured out easy methods to do it which has a layer, but the level and tables dont live in sync when your browser is resized. I highly recommend you help me.. FTP connection dropping while uploading many files

I’ve really had it with this particular problem. It’s been bugging me for a long time. I’ve had this with CoreFTP, CuteFTP, SmartFTP and also RBrowser on mac pc, and about several different webhost machines. When I really need to upload a large amount of files, let’s declare, the whole package on the forum installation, if i drop the complete thing into publish, it uploads a few dozen files, after which the connection declines. Usually the message is something similar to – remote edge closed connection. It’s a wonderful hassle finding where it stopped as well as manually uploading every subdirectory on the subdirectory of a new subdirectory. WHY does that happen Will i avoid it mysteriously Can people try it via another location (work, house, campus, etc. ) Perhaps something your ISP lands on to prevent just what exactly they think–stupidly enough–is piracy. ive done it from a home office, work, and sometimes another country, same task!: / i feared perhaps some kind with restrictions webhosts live, to avoid overloading the actual server, but i do not know!

Hey guys, I have been looking throughout the site for a little bit now and I realise that the majority of members here are experienced in internet design/ development. I will be not, I am in the beginning stages, I have one problem how to start, I am fortunate enough to get programs such since, Dreamweaver mx, Pen mx, photoshop cs and a number of others, it is merely using them that’s the problem, and chosing what one to use, I have heard that one could create a web page using purely photoshop, but I do not understand how that very works, I happen to be told be many people to use dreamweaver, although not to by other folks because it apparently may be a different html code if you ever wern’t codeing it from scratch. My goal is within several months down the line I want to own created a webpage myself codeing this from scratch.
