How to add editors to IE File–>Edit With… (& maybe Tools–>Options–>Programs)?

Howdy everyone! I am having fun screening some cheap/free HTML CODE editors. Some ones have very convenient WYSIWYG for croping and editing my little personal webpage. … NONETHELESS no support. So I can not figure out how to add them for the Internet Explorer cell phone toolbar. I. e., every time I join a brand new forum or something to include on my little Webpage, I need and therefore go to my little Webpage using the Explorer browser—then opted File–> Edit Along with… and choose the editor. I obtained this to benefit HTML Kit, and not for TSW Webcoder—or even for an old version of FrontPage Express that i managed to down load. Please tell me, anyone—what is a general protocol to incorporate HTML editors to the File option inside the IE toolbar (& perhaps Tools–> Options–> Products. Would be nice to know how to get things in there too…! ) Thank you.

Any help can be greatly appreciated. One site I recently finished is http: //www. floydpatterson. org/ Thanks and now have a great 1 week. Anthony from what i know, i think lots of browsers ignore the particular meta setting(for invigorate anyway) and very well browser options may well disable this feature so i foundthis link with a javascript snippet which may be useful that will you look it over, hope it assists Their browser is caching your website. What the browser lands on wrong is not really consulting the server to discover if a new version with the content is available, or the machine isn’t responding considering the right message. HTML: < meta http-equiv=" cache-control" content=" no-cache" /> Sweet thanks with the swift responses. I think the actual meta no cache will be the way to … Continue reading

E-commerce solution and my template Question

OK, I don’t know if here is the right place for this, but it seemed the best. Concerning a client that we have developed an internet site . for, they are very particular about everything because they have had the graphic designer providing me stuff with the entire project (so there are all been based on unrealistic artistic impressions as an alternative to actual programming functionality) Concerning made do keeping this, but now I will be hitting a brand-new wall. They really want an e-commerce part inside their site. I don’t have any problem setting 1 up, that’s not the matter. The issue is they don’t wish a paid e-commerce remedy, so it should be free, something just like Magento, OSCommerce, Zen wagon, X cart, Agora, you receive the idea. Well the matter is, all of those have very occupied templates, or really busy catalog web sites, I have an incredibly simple template they need me to make use of, but it is one I cannpt learn how to integrate into any catalog or looking cart program, maybe I merely don’t know what My business is doing, I’ll cop fot it, but I’m at a loss. I MERELY REALIZED I … Continue reading

Interesting Video Commenting Widget

Had been on another community forum earlier and noticed this. Thought it was before pretty interesting hence I thought I might share. It’s a video clip commenting widget so that users to comment on video that you embedd against your website. I just opted for the beta, just waiting on the email to show me how to install. http: //www. scenechat. com Found an example / live demo on their weblog. Just in case you would like to see how the item works. http: //scenechat. com/blog/demo/ Appears like they still possess a few things to operate on, or actually it may not ready for our old version associated with firefox. Either way, still pretty hip IMO. Hopefully some of you can test it out. Legitimately, I got as far as the title bar of the page. I view " SEO" and I simply click off. It really is a cool instrument, but if it’s marketed that way… it probably isn’t really. Huh Code: < title> SceneChat Sociable Video Marketing Cultural Video Sharing SVM SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION Video Commenting Plugin< /title> Only an idiot would believe a video widget is associated with SEO… and of course, the majority involving SEOs are … Continue reading

Should we use Dreamweaver’s autocomplete features?

Howdy all, Only really began employing Dreamweaver since some sort of 2-year break out of coding. It’s fantastic, although I’m careful about its " autocomplete" feature (if debt consolidation reduction to type in an element/attribute, it opens up any drop-down menu involving possibilities). Have you guys noticed plenty of these aren’t XHTML valid Such as, it suggested matter like " marginheight", " topmargin", " leftmargin", for example. (exactly as is without spaces). Thoughts Or is there methods to circumvent this issue/feature The old version I use only suggest what has already been in the external stylesheet. You can go out the suggestions ( smothered in personal preferences ), I think also you can turn on different levels of validation also. I found these little automobile complete quite annoying so i disabled them.

Best Way to Get a Clear Image of Website for Portfolio

Will be best way to getting a clear image of the completed website that include in portfolio pages I currently showcase the page : press print filter – capture into Paint after which load into something like Fireworks. The particular trouble is, this often allows me a considerably fuzzy edge about the words – especially while i reduce it down in size. There are plugins for most browsers that will perform that for everyone. Don’t insert into paint, when you save it out like a bitmap, it reduces how many actual pixels… ( that’s a little bitmap limitation ). When you have fireworks, you can substance the screenprint right into there like a new image, save as being a jpg or png file. Then start fine-tuning the image size because of the size you need, the compression with jpg and png is greater. Btw… When you save it like a jpg in fireworks, it defaults to below 100% quality, until you get it to the scale you want, you’ll probably decide to keep it at 100%, then for the final export ( not save ), export it out and you also can change the quality % in order to whatever. … Continue reading
