Text and graphics overlapping when displayed in firefox/linux

Hello all, My cousin has designed the woman’s website using Dreamweaver FIVE. 0. I much prefer development to style and design is just not exactly my strong suit. This however is my work for balance making a fresh homepage. For the past few months clients have visit me via word of mouth. I am starting to possess a lull throughout projects so there’s no doubt that its time i create web presence for myself. During this layout i made my paragraphs first, i then performed around with size, placement and formatting, next i started to fill in the background. Howdy, I’ll have a " product in the week" page in my website. Of course every week there will be a different product and the length of descriptions, paragrpahs, specialised data, number plus size of pics, videos will all vary obtain. I’ll do this without difficulty in word or frontpage etc… and save it for htm file along with include it in wherever I’d prefer… But I want these files to be stored in an organized manner. Also, depending on the type of product, I want just simply the title and description appearing on its precise product category page at the same time, as " modern product of the week using this category"… ALso I prefer these files to be searchable later. So, based on this specific it looks to me like I would put the data in any mysql database after which you can display with php in anywehre I need… ANd I find out enough php to do that… But our question is, only do that, then I couldn’t be as flexible as displaying everything in any format I want every week (as there is different product daily, things to possibly be display will fluctuate greatly from one … Continue reading →

Greetings all. We are designing the layout for a piece of text with images. Online resources the site wants images that go right across the page between the paragraphs. They say it is in order to tell a story with all the images. I am not only a usability expert, but my predatory instincts tell me that i should not breakup the flow with the text with rows associated with images. I was wondering if it’s bad design to breakup the text using images or definitely not. To give you a more rewarding idea, of what We are talking about, Relating to prepared images of what the several design ideas are. The file " images all the way up across page. jpg" displays a style of what the clientele prefers. The file " pictures right align. jpg" displays a typical format with the images right aligned. We were thinking about having a slideshow in the place of one image that this user could scroll through.
