Creating a fancy menu in dreamweaver 8?

I come to this forum beyond great frustration!: astonished: We have Dreamweaver 8 along with started building a website on a demo of CS3. Well my trial is over and I’m to DW8, but now I can’t figure out how to create a multi-layer drop-down horizontal navigation bar without the application of the " Spry" instrument. A good example of what I’d like to see to create could be the menu bar on " subway. com". IE and Firefox

My webpage comes on just the way I’d like to see it to within Firefox. But next time i view it throughout IE, it equates really weird. your menu is far too spaced out, the tagboard doesn’t come up correctly and the fonts are bigger(sometimes). I’m new to this and just identified this forum. I’ve read many great posts and recommendations until now and can’t wait to learn more, however, I need to to get some assistance to get me started. With any luck , tonight. I’m seeking to build a webpage, obviously, but wanted to know when there is a low-cost means (i. e lacking to purchase Dreamweaver etc) or rather the way to create and check out before publishing. every time a user is around the intro page with my website and clicks on this website link I’d like it to open a separate fullscreen window!!
