Navigation, Links, ..what?

Which could you use for your blog I’m confused YOUR menu is a type of navigation, as are links and directories… and yet sites use navigation as well as menus… I knew We would confuse someone. I aim for Home, Contact Us all, FAQ, etc. and so forth. links on the index page. But what might I name for the header, that contains all the link i’m still confused aswell.. They’ll all be classified for the reason that same thing.. (arguably) What There’s no doubt that he means is putting a box filled with links, and above in which box he prefers a header — what should he or she name it LIke if you ever had some affilate banners, you would put them beneath " Affilates". If you do – Navigation sounds one of the best. Navigation……. that may be all i claim : typical: Bingo. Precisely what do others assume Maybe " Modules" Sounds more modern day than navigation. I need some Tips

Howdy everyone and Lets hope I have the thread within the right place. I recently recently graduated coming from a web design lessons and designed an affiliate site for a close friend that owns an exclusive lending company. A basic HTML CODE site nothing nice but this friend has a friend what a realtor and has 80 real estate agents working for the pup. He liked precisely what he saw of the private lending provider site and wants me to provide him a plan and also a bid on what I could truthfully do for the pup. As I am new to that and not looking this to pass me by, does anyone have any tips which may help me out I are considering that the site would include all realtors along with the listings and I am certain that with a lot of research and time I could sort this out but I was hoping that with all the professional web designers which might be in here possibly you guys could possibly give me some pointers to post me off from the right direction. Need help spicing up this Real Estate site.

Formerly suffering with tinnitus asked to design an internet site for a realty business. Their original webpage is www. firstchoicerealtorsonline. com. Now i’m suppose to modernize it. I’ve obtained a basic construction at www. shawnstoppable. com/firstchoice, but I feel as if it needs lots of finesse added. My own HTML skills are generally mediocre. I should find out CSS, I think. I’m also considering implementing Coppermine so the agents own easier access to taking good care of their properties themself. WHEN I hate the carousel thing too. The face photos are scrunched out of proportion and the tiny thumbs are too difficult to see regardless, why then have them to be a selection I need to visit a real estate site in addition to see instant facts on houses for sale in my area.
