FMD Studios V3
So it’s that season again (well, roughly) where I’ve decided that I’d better start taking redesigning my site to stay it fresh. So far exactly what me and the colleagues have formulate is a design which will have switchable themes or templates using ASP in addition to CSS incorporating the actual four elements (according to help Archimedes). We will additionally be implementing sIFR on the site, the first period we’ve used it on the large scale : but already it looks a great deal better than precisely what we’d usually be bound to. Anyway I might be grateful in the event you guys would present me some idea of what’s good and also what’s bad until now and how you believe I should develop it; that’s if you believe I should keep with the concept by any means! Check it out at: www. fmdstudios. com/V3/ *btw neglect the blue expensive movie At this point, I really prefer your current design. This one just doesn’t do anything to do and I don’t even think it works and also other. Should wait a find what it appears to be when you type the blue display movie. That is a big off putter.

sIFR – FINALLY All Fonts Available on the Web!
Check this out: http: //www. mikeindustries. com/blog/sifr/ All these guys are nothing at all short of great. They created the Flash + Javascript component that takes virtually any HTML document and replaces < h*> elements that has a Flash object with the same size comprising rich, beautiful text. What what this means is to us, as designers, is that individuals can design websites that use virtually any FONTS WE NEED, without having to produce images for all of them. Better yet, these pages will be 100% accessible, with sIFR fonts displayed to virtually all web users, plus the remainder simply seeing the default CSS-specified net fonts. HOW COOL IS THIS!! I’m gonna make the first sIFR page tomorrow!: -D All right, I just tested out it out…. really freakin sweet!!! Usually there are some little annoyances distinct to Flash (e. h. can’t copy that sIFR’ed chunks regarding text with the rest of the body), but that’s acceptable. I’ve seen this just before, a couple of prohibited… There was something about it that has been not good (but MY SPOUSE AND I can’t remember). I’ll should re-visit it again. I had never been aware of anything like that, but obviously they … Continue reading

Fonts wont translate to other browsers…
So I got all jazzed cuz WHEN I finally finished Most of the site. I tried it in Firefox and also Safari on my own computer and almost everything looked great. Then I proceeded my g/f’s macbook pro and looked at it in your girlfriend Safari (a handful of versions newer as compared with mine) her Firefox(also a couple of versions newer) Group and IE… My fonts look nothing can beat they’re supposed for you to. So when you look at this site and observe generic looking fonts understand thats not just what exactly I see at my browser as well as what I intended for them to mimic. All you handcoders to choose from, is there the right way to make the fonts MY PARTNER AND I see on my personal comp be reliable w/ all other browsers Or was I gonna must make little buttons in photoshop and replace all my current links This is my site: online world. mandrakestudios. com What font would it be I use Eurostile for all the links, Edwardian Script for that dirty glam name sections, and Copperplate for that " Mandrake Studios" logo along at the top. The end user should have … Continue reading
