background / spice it up!
i’m working away at reworking my stock portfolio website. this is what i have so far: www. adamschoonover. com/temp/ I need to add some sort of gradiant background, or something to attract the eye towards the pictures. Anyone have any ideas how to take this way up a notch gives thanks! How about centering the complete thing and maybe a slight border about the container For you to center, mess considering the body style: perimeter: 0px auto; bigger: 100%; cushioning: 0px 0px 0px 0px; text-align: core; I would say no on the border, it would cause it to look smaller than it already will be. Centreing the layout can be good though. You are able to shorten the underlay bit to minicodepadding: 0; /minicode; it will the same issue.

pretty much stuck on portfolio design
Delighted Holidays Quite simply, I am looking for a way to make my software more interesting devoid of cluttering up your interface. Right now concerning my company bill, contact info, and an " under construction" message. I want to add a list of websites that We’ve completed, but I do not have the time now and I don’t know how I could possibly arrange that around the interface. My completed vision should be to create a Pen interface of roundish-rectangular adventures that slide out of the main rectangular module utilizing a quick, smooth movement tween. With thanks. an enhanced design.. I possibly could have tiny snowflakes falling inside the background.. A portfolio is approximately the work — content. Anything else, blink tags, snowflakes, or anything else, sends a distracting message the layout is more important versus information. The look examples of Hellocode tend to be based around showing the work. Way too countless portfolio designs fail to focus on a client dilemma, a target customer, or a purpose for your work. All these added considerations generally is a source of creativity which differentiates what you do from others. There just aren’t that many interesting backgrounds, color schemes, box model hacks, … Continue reading

Portfolio pictures help
Greetings, I am at the moment building my stock portfolio site and I want screenshots of the sites i always have done. We need them in A COUPLE OF different sizes. The issue I am facing is the fact I cant obtain whole screen just areas of it. I have zero photoshop software consequently I cant revise it. Thank you If you employ Firefox, there is a new plugin called ScreenGrab that will let you capture any part or all of the page. Without any editing software program, try GIMP : it’s free. Almost always there is the print tv screen button. Alt printscreen to be able to capture the " lively window", as to get sizing, you’ll require some editing application. Gimp is good, but like the majority of image editing application, there is your learning curve to make use of it efficiently. What may take your 5 minutes to try and do ( when starting out using the computer software ) may receive you 20 seconds after you have used it for some time. Doing this perform, you should have a good grasp with image creations along with management. It could make your life less of a challenge. … Continue reading
