Suggestions for Free Web-Based Fourms (non PHP)
I’ve come to an awareness that yahoo does not suppourt php, and I are not aware of much about php also, I just want a superb solid web-based fourm, any kind of suggestions With thanks, Chad I’m fairly sure that Geocities won’t support anything yet HTML, so you’re effectively completely beyond luck. Your two alternatives are either (1) purchase a host that can handle PHP/MySQL/another server-side vocabulary, or (2) work with a remotely-hosted forum. If you know ASP, you can use Brinkster to setup a " forum" of sorts in that you may set up form-to-MS-Access database by it. However, they do not necessarily allow any form-to-email so you’ll must pay pretty close attention towards forum if that grows. Hi there… the website is http: //ktmonks. port5. com, and I’d like to create a strong " links of interest" page, which would include at the top of the page, a tiny form with name, url, and story feilds.. so that will when someone visits " post", their posted website and description would appear within a table below the form. does that help to make sense basically Im seeking to reproduce http: //endless. ws/lotm. WE run a site using greymatter, but … Continue reading

How to tacke wordsearch type grid.
Theres a web based game I have started to experiment with recently (stumbled with it while I had been looking for Ajax tutorials). Thinking about the game is to find words hidden within a grid. You are given are you wanting words are while in the grid and the primary two letters of each word (words must be at the least 4 letters). However if you can find 2 or more instances on the letter about to catch told which mail that particular phrase starts from. So, now I feel at grips while using game, I thought I would create a little app to aid me get the words. Basically just how my app works thus far is 1) I enter a variety of letters (as I say the sport gives you the initial 2 letters of every word) so allows say I key in two letters. 2) Then I enter the amount of possible letters there are actually (if I joined two letters plus the last letter is not on the list of border letters then here I could truthfully enter 6 and also 7, variable) 3) Right now, I enter the particular possible letters. (If I input 3 … Continue reading

Setting up a website with content for 2 different countries (both in English)
Our companys HQ is at the U. UTES. but we use a new office london. We are redesigning our how does a person launch in May and i am debating how most effective to incorporate the british isles focused site. England site will end up being a subfolder area. com/uk (or similar because. co. uk is taken) Content will be 98% the very same C basically a niche site within a web page to switch released different terminology, track visits and highlight a few different products. – Will much duplicate content injured our search rankings How will news, press releases in addition to newsletter content fit in Will all have to be duplicated as effectively (headache) – How could i setup geo-targeting through IP address so people in BRITAIN, Europe land on that section of the website (may deserve its own post) Any thoughts or suggestions will be much appreciated!
