But, well if any kind of of you understand using texinfo, I will be having a issue. Say you should write ind associated with math expression. As an example, 2 to your fourth power. On brand, I’ve seen them 24, but exactly how I’ve seen the item expressed in code is: 2< sup> < font size=" -1" > 4< /font> < /sup> Which is basically what I want to do in this file, but I’m not sure how to get this same have an impact on in texinfo. I can use a mark, but I" m unsure if just a consistent person would know what that means. Very same for multiplication. Either the html symbol & instances; which I’d want to use. … Continue reading

They don’t usually follow coding standards is a large part connected with it. Too much integration with the other system. In brief, the usual junk from M$. I’d personally almost say that’s just the start of it.. Native skinning, tabbed exploring, more space for internet pages, EXTENSIONS – wherever any user can certainly code an extention that could completely change the actual feel and how we use the browser. For example, one too I have is actually Web Developer, it adds a few buttons to my personal browser that provide quick view source button, resize web browser to different file sizes, quick check compatability, and many others. Avant Browser?

Hey, I was questioning if anyone other than them besides me has checked out the new Avant Browser Otherwise and you desire to take a evaluate it, you could possibly get it for zero cost here, http: //www. avantbrowser. com/ I’m sure its pretty hip myself, but people may think alternative wise. It looks like Avant Browser generally installs some critical features into IE that many other browsers curently have. Instead of adding good quality features to the wrong browser, I’d recommend using a good browser that has these features. A lot like dropping a huge engine right Honda. Do it right and get the Ferarri. Firefox currently crushes IE, IMHO. It took ages for a web browser to even come in close proximity to replacing IE to me, and Firefox has managed to undertake it. I’ve heard many nutrients about Firefox, I’ll have to investigate it.

Dreamweaver link not working !!

Hi again, I appear to be experiencing problems trying to link to a folder from a webpage designed within dreamweaver. I have copied and pasted the actual link \\999. 999. 999. 999\ftproot\myfolder into your web-browser and that prompts me for my user name and password in that case works fine… this opens up OK. However trying to generate a link on the webpage to this kind of address fails. It cannot discover the page. I checked this code and discovered it turned out inserting 5%C or maybe something similar the location where the \ characters were being. I then copied and pasted the proper link in and also tried again. Even though it was now pointing into the correctb location this still failed using the same error!! Why could it be doing this Is a common difficulty Does anyone know a workaround All the best, Mitch Nicely, I know why if you pasted the 999. 999. 999. 999 It looks like you should be trying to reveal a page all over an ftp interconnection. You need a web site server set approximately share web pages from the site. I wish that helps. Or else, please be more specific as part … Continue reading

Hi, just a rapid one, and probably a fairly easy one… In dreamweaver i have a page where the main table is usually centrally aligned (so always moves for the centre of the browser page) but I can’t acquire my layer with text to advance to the centre by it. It seems being locked in that position I catch the attention of it. The layer stays where it is and the stand just moves all around underneith it while you scale the browser page. How should i get the layer to keep/lock it’s co-ordinates with the table: nervous: Are there the text aligned therefore it is in the center for it that had been quick… thanks! The text is usually justified left for the layer. I just tried using to centre the text nevertheless it just centres along with doesn’t help the actual layer move when using the centred table. Hence therefore I didnt clear up your problem: ermm: Im rather than sure, maybe if you could take the screenshot and post it as a possible attachment, it would seriously help me determine what the problem is: classic: Thanks for your help, I might explain it much more simply. if … Continue reading

Look with the div, it seems smaller in internet explorer than it will in the various other browsers. The scroll bar doesn’t increase to the image if u know spinning program so well. is this curable as well as is it a kind of things that u must live with along with would take a little fiddling around to get right As much as I can understand from your message (without checking it in Firefox or maybe Mozilla as I do not have the browsers at my current location), it seems which the problem you include having is something related to the way of which other browsers render borders and extra padding. Not sure if it something that you can fix, though hoepfully someone else are able to throw a little more light on the topic than me as I are deprived of the tools at the moment. AOL Browser problem

OK I’ve a rather compact problem that as a result of my client has risen into a larger one! The website I created succeeds fine on all browsers except at AOL. Here’s the problem. When I develop a site POST use 1 TIMES 1 pixel see-thorugh gifs as " spacers" to do the tables on the website just so there exists a graphic there to take up the empty spaces. When my buyer tries viewing the website on the AOL web browser the spacers show up as missing images and they also stay that approach until he important " refresh". Only then complete the spacers look. One thing I tried to acquire it working is usually preloading the spacer image. That didn’t can anything. Is there a way to fix this The key reason why does this only happen around the AOL browser Just about any help would greatly be appreciated! -= greendog =- AOL visitor SUCKS. Flat available. Tell them to work with AOL connection in conjunction with a real internet browser. I recognize…. tellme about that.

netscape 6.1 background-image problems

Hi y’all. Ive been trying to figure this out but have appear short, so I thought I’d personally throw it out into the community. My business is having a problem displaying some pages in netscape SIX. 1 browser. With some pages, where I have a background-image=" somepic. jpg" throughout my. css track, the image shows throughout my page. While this is actually all well along with good, I don’t want the photograph displayed in the table making the text difficult that will read, so WHEN I assigned a bgcolor=" ffffff" for my table. Occasionally the page parses good, but when I head to the secure document page, the bgcolor attribute would not get parsed. If i click on another page (non-secure) the challenge persists. However, if i go to any 3rd page, the page displays properly. I’m not coding anything different within the pages that obtain parsed correctly and the ones that dont. This particular only happens within netscape 6. 1 (the oldest version of netscape I have loaded) but works fine in all other browsers. Has anyone in addition experienced this Of course , if so, is generally there a fix. I do think its a netscape web browser … Continue reading
