[WEBSITE] Interesting idea…
I’ve had an appealing idea (as you’ve certainly gathered). I think it would nice to have got a website, basically any cross between Spoono in addition to Christianity. A put where Christian (but not really limited to Christians, of course) web site designers could come together and now have a site they could communicate with. It would similar to Spoono, made up of Photoshop help, website design tutorials, etc. It would a great learning resource, I think. I saw the name Garland connected with Grace, from Proverbs 4 (NIV), which I believe might suit them. Does anyone have any getting loans the idea My plan may be for it to often be ‘just another web page design site’, but some thing more. As well, do I get any potential Staffers Anyway, I use Photoshop every day, and frequently program code in HTML, JavaScript, PHP, and also CSS (as POST also do my church’s website). Well I acquired a good laugh out of that one if not anything else. zach, I do think your idea is often a little misdirected. Religion has nothing related to the web or as being a web designer. Any site would complete is exclude non-Christian site … Continue reading

Logo Design
Any person know any internet websites with information or tutorials on generating logos, web style and design logos. Just obtain a pencil/paper and engage in with words/shapes and so forth. Try and try a vector package, its much easier that way. Sorry I do not know any sites out of my head. for instance Adobe Illustrator Without a doubt, Illustrator/Freehand/Corel Draw, maybe even Pen if it’s purely for that web. Corel Draw may be a vector package, though the worst of many. Stick with the others freehand and illustrator have grown good programs to apply. also a good way to make a logo is usually to first sketch released different ideas that you could have. you can test letters or pictures it really varies according to what the logo is for. then in your programs just play around while using letters and figures and see just what catches your face. You could try the no-planning-logo strategy! Where you merely go onto this software, with no organizing before-hand, and in that case just play close to, use random fonts and eventually you’ll receive one. Sometime you receive really crap logos using this method, but on various other times, you get for … Continue reading

linking thumbnail image to larger image
I will be new at web development and am creating a problem, I am building a jewelry site abd want to link my thumbnails to the larger image, I don’t aim for to make the seperate page per larger image since you will have alot of these individuals. Could someone remember to tell me the simplest and easiest route to accomplish this Make sure you explain in bare language since We are new I don’t understand alot of web design terms yet. Thanks, mrl51 michaelliebmanmsn. com The simplest think is that will insert a hyperlink round the thumbnail, and link it for the image, as listed below: HTML: < your href=" bigimage. jpg" > < img src=" thumbnailimage. jpg" width=" 100px" height=" 100px" /> < /a> Like that no page should be used for each photo. And to include in justlivyalife’s reply… to help eliminate the random world box around the thumbnail connection, add the: border=" 0" for the img tag. The alt property is for a tool-tip outline. < your href=" bigimage. jpg" > < img src=" thumbnailimage. jpg" width=" 100px" height=" 100px" border=" 0" alt=" this description" > < /a> If your code will be xHTML compatible, make … Continue reading

Web Designers… The Client Process
I’ve truly heard in web development, it’s 50 per cent design, and 50 % communication, or handling clients. I am however young and learning web site design and making a career from it, so I’ve never actually had a customer yet. My problem is, What process can you go through with the client bit by bit. I understand it would vary person by way of person, depending on thier own opinions from the process. Questions that move through my mind cover anything from " How does someone get the information for your sites content" to help " Where would certainly I talk bussiness having them" To get information on the sites content, I thought perhaps letting them require a questionaire, I guess Love it if more don’t know, and that’s why I started this specific thread. Communication may be a HUGE part on the design process. When you finally move away from designing a website for yourself, it gets a great deal harder. Your tastes may differ from those of your client, and your client is the manager: he’s paying an individual, and he gets to call the photographs. IMO, it’s your employment to advise the client on what may … Continue reading
