Site dosen’t look the same in IE

Hey I designed an affiliate site in photoshop, sliced it ” up ” and put all of it into a dining room table. I open the item in firefox and it also looks fine in addition to dandy, even added quite a few rollover buttons employing some java script but next time i goto school to work on it along with open it around IE the nav club the links usually are all uneven vertically and additionally , there are some horizontal challenges. News Page?

I would prefer to design some sort of news page that may be updated (I make use of Dreamweaver), where all of the news is saved on one page, so each articl would not needa seperate site (that’d take my home forever).
