Need help coding Japanese Characters

Help! Should my Table be at 100%?
I built an online site and I really want my 3 colors to extend beyond the monitor size. I have also been told that my table needs to be at 100% but I still think of a white border all-around my page where the colors end. I dont that it. I`m new A good advise needed
Greetings. Id like to learn if I can advertise my provider web servises on this forum and where exactly We can do it. I am web designers. Thank you The terms people said no advertising, but you should know that already. Because Eddy Bones offers already stated; advertising is not allowed on WDF although you’re free to add a plain text chek out your site in the signature. Which is what makes this site so good, absolutely no adds no spam etc. I commend affiliates who work thus hard here to stay it that approach.

CMS Packages
My business is looking for a superb CMS package where I could implement it into my very own designs. I am not trying to find any free or open source bundles. Ideally the CMS needs to have the option for the photo gallery and be simple enough for my people to update themselves without having to know any web coding. Can anyone recommend a bit of good packages Also I’d personally prefer the CMS for being PHP.
