Hello there, I am in the beginning stages at true webdesign. I have built websites before similar to this www. onfps. com however it is running over a portal. I’m accustomed to the basic web coding tags but thats it. Any advice Love it if more appreciate it.

Beware of any free authors like FP
I’m sorry, I don’t think you can find anything like FP available for free. A common free editors We have seen are this drag and drop/WYSIWYG form.
Concerning FP2003, I got that on eBay somewhat over last year for like $200. More than likely you could it for a lot less than that now, you simply have to watch as it. A friend of mine is still using FP2002, you could possibly look for in which on eBay as well, if you can find it, I am sure it might be even less compared to FP2003.
