Site dosen’t look the same in IE

Hey I designed an affiliate site in photoshop, sliced it ” up ” and put all of it into a dining room table. I open the item in firefox and it also looks fine in addition to dandy, even added quite a few rollover buttons employing some java script but next time i goto school to work on it along with open it around IE the nav club the links usually are all uneven vertically and additionally , there are some horizontal challenges. I am semi new to web development but I really tried to solve this one on my, here is the entire code.
