Another forum besides PHP?

Any kind of of you guys know of a different forum type I’ll use besides PHP I discovered my server doesnt service PHP. Hi I’m fairly new to website design so I apologise profusely basically ask some finish no-brainer questions for this forum. Thus, I have the sort of question. If i have one image that is certainly for example’s sake 50kb and I’d like to see that same photo on 20 webpages, does that mean I may be using way up 1mb of host space, or could it be that it just derives passion for 50kb and is just sourced on in order to these 20 webpages from the server Lets hope I’ve explained me personally correctly.
