hello there, im new for this forum and i need to say im impressed with how friendly and helpful your responses are.
anyways im planning an online the airwaves station.. it wont possibly be live but i aim for 4 hours potential of audio playing straight and looping.. like returning to back tunes… i found a new steaming player originating from a company called " wimpy" that basically provides you with a player for php/asp and you dump all the mp3 files suitable folder which the item reads from… ive arranged this up ok
so there has to be any way for the 4 hours to hold going and looping through server side (as if its live… in respect of be fair towards the bands id choose to have an possibly distribution of plays so obtaining the player start by track one on page load everytime isnt a plan…..
any help could well be appreciated

Without seeing what you will have put together so far most effective for you tricky to enable you to.
If currently little leaguer is embedded of hospitality attire of your web sites, I think the player will need to be in the page of a, opened with JavaScript.
Because if it’s in say most of your page and an individual chooses to attend your whatever page the ball player will stop.
However if it’s in your mp3 player page the user will please have to keep this window open for the duration of their stay against your website.
ok thanks… i can put the player in a further window with javascript… but the real prob to me is can i obtain player to hold playing when no person is on the website… so say basically visit the web page at 2pm it is 30 mins to the stream then only hit on the website at 2. 30pm little leaguer starts at 1hour into the stream (like any live stream-but merely playing a folder with mp3))….. is this possible….

I am confused how to broadcast the stream in many ways that enables clients to join in the certain point.
Yes, i had my suspicions it becomes a pain while in the ass…. i think sad just set them to randomise the very first track played if page is thought of…..
