What to charge for content preperation?
Hi. My business is curious as that will what range one would charge for creating graphics to get a website. I possess a RFP for consuming digital individual images of 1500 different products and editing/cropping in photoshop each image in to a full size plus a thumbnail. Any ideas simply how much one would ask for As My business is not a professional photographer, the charge backs would will be not for that photography but with the cropping of the actual image. Though It will definately take time to take 1500 individaul shots. So far by myself calculations appear to be too awfully high for your client, but i also don’t wish to underbid myself. Any help and/or insight can be appreciated! Gives thanks, eric Do not double post.

how?
hi there all, i know someone must know the trick using this type of, i’ve placed a over the top on my discussion board & wondered how i could get it to change towards correct size once the resolution/screen size will be changed, possibly there is some coding for example, thankyou very much for any aid use percentages rather than fixed width. without seeing that code or exactly what the page seems as if, i can’t say considerably more Your banner may perhaps be a. gif image The image size is literally fixed. You can facility the image in the table cell (or you could be using css). Make the background exactly the same color as the color in the graphic. It will like appear that the actual image is switching size, when in fact, it’s only that background changing size. This table size (width=90%) will actually stretch to help always display in 90% on the browser window… this image remains focused. Karinne is definitely right… we need to visit a link for a webpage to definitely help.

church client
Joyful Holidays My new client with the fall is a new church, and they need me to re-design their particular website. The design and style looks flat as well as basic, with underlined wording for url links as opposed to actual image buttons. This may be a problem design wise, (because my current mastery of CSS and HTML has authorized me to kick the habit of fretting on code-side issues) because I’ve never made for a church in advance of. My clients are usually internet savvy.. they know soo . . . with the present day styles, however they just don’t learn how to design. Since it’s a big church, they need the website to have a religious/corporate look inside the design. (Imagine when Adobe. com had a cross for your logo) Would any individual recommend church homepages that are fitted with the professional, present day, corporate-style in the theory I may hunt CSS Zen Back garden for concept internet sites that also glance " religious". WHEN I created one these www. tabporth. org Be very crystal clear as to which kind of church/denomination it is before you design the website. It’s not hard to immediately think of the design … Continue reading

optimum image size for web page creation
A client will probably be sending me. jpeg images to work with as I develop a web page intended for him. What dimension. jpeg do I gather I know their is an optimal size. I merely don’t know what it truly is. Thanks. Not sure nowadays, but leading to a boom of high speed, web design magazines that i followed suggested internet pages have a < 10k sizing limit. I’d say put them from the size you choose and then include them. It will also count on how many images and what sort of content you have on the webpage……. meaning you will have to look at the download time. And then if needed, you possibly can either shrink the actual image size or optimize them. Best of luck……

Problem with colour in IE
Okay, this is kind of a strange challenge, I think, and I have no idea what is leading to it. I created the logo in GIMP and I made the sides of the image (around the actual circular logo) a selected colour so may well match the qualifications colour. However, after i look at this specific in IE, the background and the edges of the image never match. It appears perfect in Firefox. The image colour Will be the same colour for the reason that background colour–they tend to be both set for you to #330847. You are able to look at it here: http: //www. esharpwebdesign. com/designs/kiki/kispirit/index. html Any help can be greatly appreciated!!! I did a bit more poking, and it appears like the colour is actually fine when saved as a gif, but the actual image itself appearance bad, especially the circle… Argh. You’ve encountered one of two major problems using PNGs in Net Explorer. Alpha blending (variable transparency) does not work properly in IE6. IE7 fixing this. The color gamut is wrong in all versions of IE, transparency or not. I believe IE will render the PNG a little bit darker than it it imagined to, … Continue reading

Web Images and Printing
I’m trying to post some graphics on a website that should also be printed. The situation, as with almost all web graphics I’ve ever worked with, is that this files print available " pixelly" plus low resolution. I’ve been making use of GIF files because these are non colored documents graphic line images (with text notations). Your originals are vector centered Illustrator files. I’ve tried doubling the size and displaying these individuals at half the size and style in the HTML hoping that may fool the printer’s, but that did not worked. Then I tested out bringing the Vector Painting into Photoshop with a higher resolution and displaying the larger resolution file within the HTML, but this didn’t work sometimes. The browsers aren’t taking it – that they still print all of them as low res information. Will it be the file file format Would a JPG or perhaps PNG work superior I could truthfully use a PDF FILE download, but your website owner wants a web site page with the print button. Can a Printing CSS file admittance a vector based file emerge a hidden div Every thoughts, or experience keeping this Bless you. typically impress friendly resolution intended … Continue reading
