Need some .asp help please

Howdy, I’m hoping someone here could possibly have a suggestion on easy methods to set this web page up. I am familiar with html document and javascript however , not. asp… We have an. asp site that needs a fresh homepage. We can redesign the full thing eventually, but for the moment just the homepage needs some function. Can’t get CSS or JS to upload in my site

While i upload files to help my domain, merely the images along with simple text appear and nothing different, no header, backgrounds, colors, nothing, simply just white page along with images. I get tried with FILE TRANSFER PROTOCOL, front page, and my hosting accounts file loader without any success. I have experimented with different combinations of file loading like CSS first, JS second in addition to vise versa using the same result. I’ve been working on this for two days and is particularly beginning to get me nuts! I’ve come so far in the learning process to construct a website then to be quit dead in this tracks by this. Help! FTP is all you must need to distribute them. Hello there guys, MY PARTNER AND I only use HTML PAGE. Yes, I’m the newb. I would like to know what program that will use(Maybe Dreamweaver) in order to accomplish the subsequent: I would like to make a niche site which has format across all websites where they seem similar. Need Help Making Website Cross Compitable

I do not understand how to attract it to work in another browser because merely design it in Firefox by way of example then it does not display properly inside IE.
