adding text and aligning it wherever i want

I have done my design and now i want to add my text where i need when i wish, as you cane easily see above my first division i added in the code < center> but containing effected everything, including my text. When i relocated away for college i types of neglected it, but ever since i’m back house, i’ve got plenty of time to put on it. Originally, pondered a friend layout my layout to do (mostly because i had been lazy). My website is good for tutorials on steps to make sims 2 mods. I’ve still got plenty of content to placed, but I relatively wait until the better organized. So here come the issues. I personally don’t like the current design. Trying to decide between 3 designs for my blog…

POST run a blog about high school/college, and I’ve been attempting to make a different design for it for some time now, but I’m pretty unsure things to go with. My design skills tend to be iffy at ideal, but I would like to become better, so I always try to generate new things. Nonetheless, I’ve spent the required time looking at them in the past week or so I can’t judge them properly. I want some fresh face. I’ve construct three different choices. Hey guys, I’m new here but I would like some feedback. I developing this page on a stretched deadline, I’m doing the whole thing, design+development. The site is actually for a sports event, sort of like track along with field but by using other sports as well. Users can register, join teams, look at other teams. Admins might add sports, modify users, news for example.. I’m practically done when using the PHP/MySQL portion however the person I’m handling is really hung up on the design. I do not think it’s my greatest design, but POST still think it really is good. It would be a lot better plainly had far more time. I was going backward and forward and my understanding was that the person liked the design, but they are certainly not satisfied with the item.
