Font problem in Macromedia Studio 8 Help?

Hello there, did anyone be afflicted by fonts in built-in Help (in Macromedia Dreamviewer 6 and Flash 8) It’s small and I don’t understand how to change it… This really is an odd dilemma. Yo, I’m designing a website for someone plus they’ve requested which i use a font called Frutiger for that site, but it seems that a majority of people (me included) is not going to have this font mounted on their cpu, so I had been wondering what folks what you individuals would recommend to be a substitue. Organization and Visual Help.

Hey men, so here could be the deal. I’ve had the website for almost a year now. When i relocated away for college i types of neglected it, but ever since i’m back house, i’ve got plenty of time to put on it. Originally, pondered a friend layout my layout to do (mostly because i had been lazy). My website is good for tutorials on steps to make sims 2 mods. I’ve still got plenty of content to placed, but I relatively wait until the better organized. So here come the issues. I personally don’t like the current design. I was pondering something bigger, in addition to a small page going down the middle of the browser. I think she made the room so small, and also the fonts. I had a survey a time back and lots of people said that it turned out difficult to find things. Now, I strive to be the one to design my own web page. Noob- need advice

Hi there! I came here trying to find some help and also or advice because my html is definitely limited to quite basic stuff like img, fonts and imagine myspace and thats around the jist of my own coding abilities. LOL Well the real forte is fashion and I am looking for ways to my website exploring better. Right now My organization is using a css we got from one of many css sites. I figured out easy methods to edit in dreamweaver it took me ALWAYS and I only came across one page for the reason that I cant for any life of me learn how to get the succeeding pages to hyperlink. So I’m pondering just buying any template from some of those sites but the one I want is actually $100 and I know it sports to be customized even though I can likely do the basic edits I’ll probably need new graphics and that I won’t understand how to do or have. IE and Firefox

My webpage comes on just the way I’d like to see it to within Firefox. But next time i view it throughout IE, it equates really weird. your menu is far too spaced out, the tagboard doesn’t come up correctly and the fonts are bigger(sometimes). I usually break this page into header/content. This makes troubleshooting not that hard as problems are discovered immediately after they happen. So my problem is: 1) What method would you use for font measurement, div widths, margins and many others, and why 2) Does a single size type affect other pursuits in the website layout Personally, I style with CSS since you should. Regarding font sizes, MY PARTNER AND I use percentages, eg Code: font-size: 120%; For div widths and many others sometimes I employ percentages, but largely I’d use pixels, for instance so Code: width: 800px; margins along with padding, always pixels Code: underlay: 20px 0px 15px 0px; margin: 0px; Why I merely do. It’s just the best way I learnt. Essentially yeah, it’s a good option to set the base font-size with the document and next size either with percentages or ems (which boils right down to the same issue for fonts) with specific elements. Can someone recommend me some good sites who have examples of different web page design layouts and using color schemes We’ve been to glass display cases of actual web pages, but those sites never find a way to inspire me to try and do my own point.
