Very advanced websites have mastered having their table absolute and aligned on the left or centered, does anyone realize how to do this around FrontPage, or when there is some html We can insert somewhere to accomplish this Give thanks You– well personaly post wouldnt use front page in the first place but i may suggest asking pyrodragon regarding it because he includes a script that he could present you with to help with your little problem… thanks for your refrence morpheus remorseful it took me as long i am assumeing you mean this hold content in the centre of the page here it can be: HTML: < html> < HEAD> < script type=" text/javascript" > <! — purpose resize() var broad = window. monitor. availWidth var excessive = window. monitor. availHeight var maxh = ONE THOUSAND // your maximum height … Continue reading

I used to be thinking of undertaking my new strategy myself, but I don’t know if I contain the time to find out PHP or HTML in depth. Can anyone suggest a good WYSIWYG editor that may let me design a reliable looking website not having much knowledge MY SPOUSE AND I don’t mind having to learn some stuff, just expecting the learning curve to be a bit high for any advanced stuff. I’ve used frontpage in the past and have found that almost all websites look amateurish, plus I’ve heard who’s writes terrible messy HTML that may hurt your se placings. Anyway, sorry for any long ramble, but if any one has any tips I’d certainly thanks. Thanks. The exact level of professionality (is than a word) is dependent on the designer, not the software. With that said, I would propose Macromedia Dreamweaver. HTML itself is not difficult to … Continue reading

Is FrontPage good for professional web design?
On earth do you like FrontPage as being a professional WYSIWYG publisher I haven’t touch FrontPage is usually a looooong time. Very first thing tho… can you hand-code Get real… can you produce fully functional website with notepad If you are, then I could suggest Dreamweaver having only! DW is great tools with misplaced of features for instance working directly from you web server along with the very convenient code and css application tip, closing tags, and a lot of other things WE haven’t had time to understand. I know many people on each html/design forum will say to that notepad is all you have to and that DW is definitely crap… well… that’s for the reason that don’t know this tool or have only used that " design view" part of it. Thing can be… if you allow a WYSIWYG publisher do all the do the job, the code defintely won’t be very good. hth well isn’t while using the html code watch in Dreamweaver basically like using notepad Sure, although the color coding is useful, and the automation associated with beginning and finishing tags, etc. is useful as well, as well as the custom code snippet section of … Continue reading

Web design software
Hello Can anyone highly recommend a visual web site design software This software should support putting into action file download. Many thanks You could try the WYSIWYG Website design Software. Maybe FrontPage or Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver is ideal. I use that, and I’ve witnessed the file-upload choice in there. MY SPOUSE AND I haven’t used that, but it looks simple enough. Relating to some info within my sig if you are interested. Dreamweaver is also ideal. If you are making a internet site for profit, you then should purchase any license. if everyone ever get captured with an illegal copy, you COULD lose your company. Dreamweaver all-around $600 or thus. Theres also the front page (although i dont like the WYSIWYG views) Im mostly any coder so i stay with code views in both, dreamweavers got reasonable file upload service, frontpage has the option to work inside a connected mode (so will dreamweaver, but dreamweavers coupled mode is kind of clunky, wen u publish a file it checks all dependancys to view if they are altered (this is actually good, but it might get slow) the item uploads dependancies that contain changed) Dreamweaver is great but costly. Depending on your budget … Continue reading
