Meta Tags

Because that i require visitors to my own website, i’ve been considering meta tags, do they help don’t you put them within the index page solely or all webpages please help my home, thanks I’m no expert, but meta tags do help also , you can put these people in any pages you wish to show up. I’ve used them along with noticed it bubbled me personally up. sorry i’m very little more help the following. hth J__ yahoo and google meta tags, and you may find a wealth of info on them. Meta tags arent really familiar with index search machines. Mostly back inbound links, h1 tags, and two or three other factors….. Calling PHP functions from other files

How can i call PHP capabilities from other files As an example, if I have a very file called selection. php and any function called title(), how can i call title() within another file, claim index. php We’ve tried in list. php the following: Code: comprise ‘library. php’; Title(" stringtobepassed" ); And it says that the function title can be undefined. Google Adsense IE compatability

We have run across the matter of IE compatability (again). I thought we would put the the search engines adsense thing about my site (http: //secretsofmana. com/tegulizard13), and found the fact that ad banner works when i view the page using a mozilla based visitor, but it doesnt manifest at all within IE. any idea spend money on what could trigger this.

Real-Time Updates as Calendar Dates are Purchased

I need to take a new weekend crash course on working with a calendar of available slots one and a equivalent database updated every time a slot is acquired. The customer are going to be using a Digg! Merchant Starter package, which will allow the credit-based card purchases, but that doesn’t support real-time updating of external directories, so it seems like that’s all at me. Google! supports PHP & Perl scripting; MySQL databases. What is the best solution with this It’s a not one but two way street, appropriate, so I need an answer for updating the DB when the credit card is confirmed, and I as well need the appointments to properly load there are various DB each time period the page loads. (The DB can be so simple, I really could even imagine working with a text file, but maybe that is certainly just my comfort and ease zone… ) So a little simple explanation / viewpoint of what know-how I should utilize, that would possibly be great, and as well, any book suggestions can be much appreciated. How did you learn HTML, CSS, etc?

Frames Navigation Dilemma

I am aware frames are essentially outdated and loathed, yet our site at present contains frames. We use it to keep a navigation bar to the screen at all times, so that users can mouse click on the links in the navigation bar to get away from whatever it is usually they’re viewing. Unfortuately, because of the fact the site is within frames, the main web site administrator has the idea set such that each clicked link has a base target associated with " _parent" and clicking for a link takes one to another framed page which contains the same navigation bar and the new page. (Say, the link was a connection to a comics part. Clicking on that link, loads a brand new frames page that contains the navigation bar available as one frame and the actual comics page in the other). The reason for this, or thus he says, is in order that people who enter your website from links they find over a search engine similar to Google, when clicking using a link will always regain the use of the navigation pub.
