Photoshop vs Fireworks?
I went for a interview yesterday and i became told that the company uses fireworks instead of photoshop for artwork design work. They also advised me that knowing the right way to use fireworks would be a prerequisite if i used to be to work presently there. I have been using photoshop within the last two years and although i used to be told otherwise, swamping to fireworks sounds like a really wearisome experience. Is fireworks really that much better to use relating to web design Additionally does anybody here know of an good a excellent site or two that could help me using this type of transition MY SPOUSE AND I use Fireworks. They’re both from the same company, Adobe, and use beautiful same features. Photoshop is just a little better as far as really making wierd inspired backgrounds, but fireworks is merely as good from making graphics i think. Fireworks was made particularly for net graphics and offers good optimization. Once you learn the basic painting tools, your transition ought to be easy I consider. I hope they don’t want you to work with Fireworks for building webpages, that’s when issues get complicated. I tried making a menu … Continue reading

I had been curious about easy methods to create some wonderful divider lines intended for content that resemble they’re slightly indented. I’ve seen a few nice examples in existence. One example would be at http: //envato. com/ somewhere between different sections associated with content. I peeked through the CSS and image files and may figure out how they are doing it. But it looks almost like it’s only a dark 1px line butted facing a lighter 1px collection. Ok , i’ll know what anyone guys think!

Within all of the directories the image I’d prefer to replace is known as image. jpg Is there a method to automatically search the particular directory structure plus overwrite everyfile that may be called ‘image. jpg’ with a different file just like the text search and also replace function. Gives thanks Yes, utilizing PHP. But I do not own time to prepare a script for the. Maybe someone else will reply. Easy way to use multiple domains to host images for one website in dreamweaver CS3?
Hi there, I’m new. I came here because I’ve an issue plus searching google isn’t helping. On a website we have produced, some of your pages have about 50 graphics in each page but it means even that has a fast internet connection it takes 15+ seconds in order to load those web pages. Using the page speed add-in along with firebug it firmly suggests I pass on those images all-around to 2-4 additional domains, as the web sites will load with more speed if all these types of image files are certainly not all coming on the same domain. Appears easy enough. On the other hand, I don’t get any idea in dreamweaver cs3 easy methods to easily tell dreamweaver the files are distinct places Your thoughts on this is appreciated. You might want to type the address manually regardless of the, also if you wish to do that is known as a content offering network, there are companies that provide that services, but they’re expensive, so maybe you can test to do which with another domain you could have but you might want to point the files on the other address, and others to the unique location, so … Continue reading
