CMS Enivronment – Pros and Cons?

Hello Guys, I need to know your opinion upon making sites together with CMS like php-nuke. I understand them gives you a lot of functionality and will save time on planning… etc. For someone who doesn’t want research the time taking in painful path of learning to do everything in web coding pages this appears to be what you want. However I’m informed that CMS web sites have securtiy problems and therefore are very easy in order to hack. I imagine that are ways close to this though Did you realize of any some other pros or cons to using CMS. Bless you They aren’t easy to hack, and when your site will not become super-popular, nobody will be considering hacking your web-site. Try out mambo, envolution, xoops… Not really php-nuke, it’s the older of and has security-issues. Well My organization is using PHP-Nuke and I ani’t complaining about how precisely it works. Nobody haven’t tryied in order to hack it yet but There’s no doubt that that noone is interested to undertake that. If you retain updateing I don’t think that it will have a problem in any way.

Should you be a freelance developer and a customer wants a domain name secure guys go about doing it Do you get their plastic card and register that domain or does one use your own Many thanks I recommend some sort of hosting site to help them (usually X2) they can go and take action themselves. If they don’t can do this, they give me their charge card info and I’ll exercise for them. But don’t pay for it yourself. Why not have a deposit of many sort Or make them pay you in advance to sort that out for them Some may perhaps be reluctant to present you with their card details and I think it is quite insecure. You’ll need their trust. I just learn how much it will cost and hang on till they shell out me, once the money may be recieved I then go on and sort it many out for these people.
