Most employers trying to find a web designer wish to know your skill sets and appear at work you have done. I look for a portfolio and after that do follow upwards questions on the skill sets. Referfing to " accomplishments" on each job outline isn’t really required. You can do it if you’d prefer, but I don’t think it is advisable to for a majority of the job marketplace.
