Hello everyone, well Now i am very new that will HTML, but I’m into numerous multimeda and photography and items like that.. so i’m preparing to design a website to showcase most of my projects. I’m preparing to try to design some menu buttons in Illustrator, what exactly I was wanting to know is.. do I can make the buttons a particular size in Adobe Illustrator itself or Am i allowed to just make the item any size Im comfortable with, and resize them in HTML next time i make the site thanks for all the help everyone.. I’m going to be around having more questions, definitely! I think its best to produce ur images from what size ough want them on. WHen i resized the images by value, they got the lil, well, not really blurry, but extra hard 2 see edit they werent very difficult 2 see becuz we were holding small, the images quality changed Did you result in a smaller image and try and resize it in order to being larger I’m certain the image top quality would reduce if that happened. are left navs no longer popular?
Ive been seeing a lot of sites without still left side navs nowadays, has the general trend moved from navs on this left side solely have top based navs as well as what When transio has reported before, left navs tend to be good for web pages that have a lot of links. Many PHP sites get left nav. Navs about the left or top rated are still famous. You can use each one, or if you’re really good, you can look at to build a good site w/ the nav to the right. left continues to the best, because that’s what ppl utilized to. top is definitely good too. can’t remember a site with a correct nav.. *shrug Seriously, Right Nav, haven’t debated with that one in sometime… lol I could truthfully really not imagine a good reason to perform right nav, except your target market was Left-Handed Rodents Users… LOL… perfect for just a lefty’s only website… May be people in favour of top nav do so to receive more content to the main page…. thats a good 200 pixels gone if you do right nav, according to how descriptive your own menu buttons tend to be…. Your … Continue reading →

what’s the proper way to do an invoice for design services?
MY SPOUSE AND I fear that my own invoice is as well elementary or essential for my customers. This is what We’ve: – where I spread around my client’s deal with, and my business address. Fine, I’d like to feature something else that will my question.. Do most website development freelancers charge for items/products as well as by the hours I saw a good invoice online that had these set-up: PRODUCT NAME: Labor ACCOUNT: On-site FEE: $40. 00 NUMBER: 3 SUM: $120. 00 This invoice were designed for web design, but when WHEN I saw this WE easily replaced PIECE NAME with " Hyperlink", " Selection button", and " Mail address", because enough time it takes to generate an extra hyperlink to get a website is not worth a couple of hours. However, scanning pictures, designing a new logo to get updated to that website, creating a different flash movie for the homepage, installing a music player, and installing some sort of photo gallery tend to be worth several hours because the large amount regarding work involved to make, test, and upload the task to the internet site. Therefore, I would prefer to know if you’ll find other website products … Continue reading →

Minor flaw in web page
Howdy all. I’m new these and new to web page design and I want your help. Hopefully I’m posting in the right area. So my problem is several lines barely noticeable on each site but 4 away from 6 pages have a straight bigger line. Coursesmart hasn’t been upped with it’s own domain but I’ve got it through to another sub website. Firefox appears to be fine. I can only see these individuals in IE. asb. bettapc. com. au I’d adore to hear any suggestions on the could be causing the matter. Thanks! I looked with FF and then with IE6. 0… POST don’t see almost any lines. Describe where they are showing. Oh ok. Thanks to take a look POST see 2 really thin, grey, horizontal lines (maybe YOU pixel in width). They are about 2 inches long (I’m implementing 26 inch observe if that would make any difference) The pages by which it’s most evident are, ‘applications’, ‘Faqs’, ‘picture’ in addition to ‘video’. They are located under the top banner. You will discover smaller ones alongside the menu buttons, which are upon every page but there’re harder to see since the line is considerably shorter. I wish this … Continue reading →

Name That Menu Button
Really need to consolidate two nav menu buttons to save money on space. I will be trying to think of a single, catchy word to work with for a drop-down menu button that could drop down links to some ‘Contact’ page including a ‘FAQs’ page. Preferably a single word that most adult visitors inside the education profession is attracted to so as to find a contact form as well as a faqs page… Have rejected ‘Information’ – there after I am obstructed! The web is so visible at 7shares. org Cheers in advance for virtually any suggestions! ShareFAQS Thanks to have a stab. Great portmanteau — but I wonder that the ‘Share’ half indicates the Contact form Basically, if one ended up looking about for the contact form, would one want to find that below ShareFAQs In this instance, the Contact form is simply that – a straightforward ‘Contact Us’ type… Thanks again, I looked at the site and don’t see why the buttons can’t stay the best way they are. That makes perfect feeling keeping them independent. Maybe FAQS need to be changed to " About" Thanks again – am about to add pages that will require navbar buttons, … Continue reading →
