JPEG thumbnails not showing

Here’s my dilemma. I have two computers, you are a laptop, the opposite a PC. On one of many computers I own Windows Security Centre installed, the various other I haven’t. On the pc that has obtained Windows Security Centre installed a lot of my JPEG thumbnails usually are not visible on this website. It’s only there aren’t any photos there. The particular table cell includes collapsed. On a new laptop that hasn’t got Windows Stability Centre installed, every little thing is okay. I just can not work out what’s going on. I have tried turning there are various Security Centre but it surely doesn’t make virtually any difference. I was wondering if anybody may shed some light on this very annoying issue.
