Protecting Your Work
Possibly there is any way you can protect your designs you a showing using a site to allow them to not be compromised As I have Five on show however am afraid to utilize my best pertaining to show incase many one steals my own ideas Thanks If you wish to display templates, upload them as being a screenshot, smaller proportions so they can’t be used. You may write " sample" or something to the next effect on the particular template. It doesn’t should be in bright reddish colored, just something subtle enough make wont be capable to be used. A jpeg is definitely no match for a high quality PSD. I dont believe many people is able to steal a monitor shot and produce something decent beyond it. Ah yeah I became thinking that two, my other question is concerning copyright You see it at the end of almost just about every website you visit But do you need it officially to put that sort of message at the bottom of your article Just put it down now there and its you. Anything you create is the property automatically, but putting any copyright notice strategy. Ah, I thought you … Continue reading

Relative Sizes
Definitely everyone, I need some help the design of an online site. I’m attempting to create the site as accessible as you possibly can by using just about all relative sizes (as in opposition to absolute sizes) and have encountered a dilemma. I’m using Dreamweaver MX 2004 which has a table and when i insert images i always have made to the table, the table expands to fulfill the images’ original sizes instead of scaling the image to suit the page. That images stay assessed in absolute rank, and when I go and aim to change their widths in order to percentages, the website gets messed ” up “. Does anyone get any advice the point of an fluid layout isn’t not to lose the proportions. That’s among it’s major weak points. If you desire control, use preset. If you really don’t mind that text shall be too long in order to read comfortably, and there will be different proportions intended for different screen measurements, use fluid. Here’s a fascinating article on the problem: http: //www. 456bereastreet. com/archive/200504/fixed_or_fluid_width_elastic/ So far as I know, there is no way to make image sizes family member. A typical fluid layout won’t try to … Continue reading

Can I enlarge an image on rollover?
Howdy everyone. I wonder if it is possible to combine two numerous processes into one I believe I’ve seen the item somewhere, but I have no clue how to help it become happen. We have a table using four images inside it. Right now, employing JavaScript, I contain the images set so when rolled-over/hovered, they are swapped with another. Pretty simple. However the 2nd images (the people that appear upon hover) are actually larger than the 1st, yet they resize to suit into the space in the 1st images. What I would like, ideally, is to hover in the 1st image and see the next image, larger. It really is " ok" how it really is right now however the 2nd image is often a person with his / her name, and when squished in to the proportions of the 1st image, it doesn’t look good. Yet I would prefer to not make the 1st images too significant. Any thoughts on how to begin this I can locate results for enlarging images while using same image, or maybe swapping images, and not combining both. Many thanks! PS, the website where this can be needed is You are welcome to Insanity … Continue reading

Spry Validation Style
Could possibly anyone offer some guidance spend money on how to get rid of the pink plus green boxes over a form when its validated using spry. Many thanks! Found it!… within the css report that Dreamweaver instantly created. Yes, you have to view DW’s auto signal really carefully — it often adds things you do not want and can easily bloat your code to truly naff proportions. POST mostly use Notepad++, a free download, for my code. POST do occasionally work with DW, but in rule view – MY SPOUSE AND I never use style view for developing but sometimes I’ll utilize it to pinpoint an area in the code where I want to make your change. I have noticed that it is rather easy to permit the code obtain sloppy DW. Definitely code view is methods to work in lessening this.
