Real-time video transcoding
I have numerous video files in lots of formats: basic MPEG-4, Xvid, DivX, and so forth., and with diverse audio codecs (AC3, CD, etc. ). Perhaps there is a solution that runs server-side on Linux that may transcode such video clips in real-time for you to either. flv (for Adobe Adobe flash Server) or VC-1 (for Ms Silverlight) so I can stream those videos via a web site The closest solution We’ve is ffmpeg, but it’s actually not real-time. While normally it takes nearly any data format and give me the best format back out and about, I only understand how to do progressive installing via it. Streaming would mean, for example, I could truthfully jump to any point inside the video and the sole time waiting could be for it to briefly buffer. Really, ffmpeg is on your own I know involving. I don’t find out much about Red5, but it may be able to find something to help like that, while I doubt this. Ultimately, whether something is done instantly or not is often a factor of your output resolution in addition to output codec complexity. I think ffmpeg will probably be realtime given some sort of sufficient … Continue reading

AestheticList
I’m implementing a CMS which i’m visiting call AestheticList — the address can be http: //aesthetic-design. co. uk/aestheticList/ and i wondered what functions you all hunt for in a CMS to ensure that i can build them into the system. bless you a lot Harry Hm. SOME SORT OF Rails CMS. Nice. There’s a space to be filled there, at least for a feature-ful one (the ones which might be out there are often considered too simplistic). Regardless, I don’t obviously have any preferences during this regard. Mostly because I don’t utilize CMSes much.
Png problems… Green/blue background?
Hi there! I’m really new to website development. I do mainly graphics, so a client asked for help with her website once we were through using graphics. We’re developing a strange problem, however. On her computer system and on one other computer, she considers a " minty green" background behind a lot of the graphics. I don’t see it and also have had other individuals look–no one otherwise sees it. I think it’s a png compared to. gif problem, however. I prefer make use of png files because of the gif files seem to have a white edge around these folks sometimes, but we put in place some gifs along with the problem went apart. Does anyone know why this is or if there’s an easy fix It will take forever to rewind and make every little thing a gif and also replace the layouts on her internet pages. Especially since this is something I can’t personally find out if I’ve fixed!! Do you find it something she ought to update in her browser maybe Whenever she’s using IE, it gets the colour gamut wrong with regard to PNGs and, when displayed beside a solid coloring or another image akin … Continue reading

The page is probably full of sorts, that’s basically it. Anybody have any strategies on how i should design it Here’s a sample associated with what I created. (I know it sucks, that’s why I’m trying for help) Target what the page can do… It looks for instance you have some kind of entry system When you find yourself using PHP and a database for holding and processing the info from your forms I might look at implementing AJAX (PHP and Javascripting) to create the type experience smooth and effortless. Even even though you’re simply just doing the UI aspect, you’ll need to your workplace directly with the actual person(s) which are doing the scripting (the back again end part). It’s the " intranet", internal for your business, so the structure needs to be uncomplicated to read, easy to operate, but the actual operation in the forms is what is important for you. hey! It is the ASPX pages that aren’t being parsed. Test rebooting the host. Make sure you will have backups first not surprisingly. I own them uploaded to 1and1. com web hosting. should i contact them up gives thanks, paul Yes. And make sure you are on any Windows server, 1and1 presents both. If that you’re on one of the Linux plans, ASP wouldn’t work. This particular forum is more for general dilemma solving. If your web blog isn’t displaying correctly you shouldn’t be heading up to a forum. The first thing always be doing is getting back in touch with your own web host to discover what’s going on. If it is revealed it’s a problem on your own end then obviously post on forums to discover a … Continue reading
