I’m really not sure where in order to post this, so I apologize if it’s not in the section. I have been doing xhtml, and css for approximately half a calendar year, and was thinking what area I should focus on learning next. I am really weak within the programming department, and it’s time with luck to learn any scripting language (client or perhaps server side). I honestly have difficulty coming up with things to do with javascript, period. I know it really is used for files validation, but the many useful website features need a server side scripting terms. Shopping Cart Languages

Hello there, i searched, maybe not adequate… but here is a simple and to the point question: I’m sure CSS and HTMl adequately. I want to start out developing shopping cart’s, as opposed to using developers. I’m sure that there are generally multiple languages for this and I narrowed it because of two: PHP ASP I realize PHP cost less (free), but they may be to me this pages designed in ASP run quicker, but i’m unsure. : which language on earth do you recommed learning I voted PHP only because you will find more free/shareware pieces of software available, plus more support available. For someone beginning, help is the important asset. CGI or PHP

didn’t know wherever to post the idea sorry if its inside the wrong forums. I want to know which you assume is more used currently. Cause: I am in a CGI class and the other day the teacher enquired me if most people had any requests and I asked why i was using an outdated language as an alternative to PHP. He explained that CGI appeared to be old but wasn’t outdated understanding that 70% of websites that try a server/client scripting dialect (CGI, PHP, ASP) work with CGI. He explained that since our statement was away from line i was mandated to write a YOU page essay showing or disproving the statement i had made in their class. Im working away at a web site in dreamweaver, this webpage can be a catalog structure web site. Im trying to learn how to make the text change every time a different product is definitely clicked on, for instance when image ONE PARTICULAR is clicked on I would like it to say card 1, when image COUPLE OF is clicked on I need it to declare card 2. Does anybody have any suggestions on the right way to accomplish this php or javascript. probably javascript can be best. This will depend on if the revolutionary text will appear within the same page (say, as being a tooltip or additional detail) or if using a different page (e. g. a products element page). Hello there guys, MY PARTNER AND I only use HTML PAGE. Yes, I’m the newb.
