FTP folder display

I made a super easy page template that I’d like to use througout the site, but was wondering whenever a an easy strategy to copy the format to mulitple web pages, other than cutting open it, then protecting it as, by way of example, page1. html, page2. html page etc. I used to be using Coffecup HTML PAGE editor, if which helps.
