Hi there all, I’ve been asked to make a webpage that will display jpeg images from a certain way. Say some image size, some pics across, five pics down, that method of gallery. Since these images is going to be pulled up from the folder on the webserver that a member of staff takes care of the pics only should be resized for the display on the webpage, not truly resized themselves. Exist any ‘How-to’s’ and also examples, can that be coded throughout HTML, VBScript or Java What about any feeware plug-ins or even applications Any advice greatly appreciated, Mitch… This should involve a server-side language such as PHP or Perl. Hi there everyone, I’m new the following and was wanting someone can point me inside right direction with regard to my situation. I’ve been planning web pages just the summer years, just uncomplicated stuff, informational having pictures and wording. I was just hired to create a website to get a company and what they desire is way over my head. I’ve never done any kind of actual coding, I’m the WYSIWYG method of guy. The corporation wants the pursuing: User registration for your website, Usernames and Passwords for documented users, Reside chat room, Debate forums, Particular profile pages, Admin control panel to get users. Like I said this can be WAYYYY more state-of-the-art than anything I’ve done before. I’ve using Dreamweaver 6 for my layout. I have a server that may host PHP and MySQL pages. Sorry if this is the dumb question, or inside the wrong spot, but I will be struggling with what to actually call this problem. I possess a simple website which is designed to help customers look at pictures of products and solutions. I want them every single child click on a url to view a large picture. That Allow me to do easily. What I would like to now, is when this new page pops up, the picture is scaled down enough to fit on the screen and never having to scroll.
