Does CSS really work for liquid site design???
MY SPOUSE AND I originally designed this site using CSS and also HTML with many absolute positioning: http: //jump-pilot. sourceforge. net/index. html I thought it was before a bad site for the newbie until Manged to get some complaints from a few of the people viewing your website. When I exposed it on my browser at your house, which is much smaller compared to browser I designed coursesmart on I found it looked a lot worse! Even though I designed coursesmart to be at most 800 pixels broad, the page appeared huge and I’d to scroll to view everything. So I fixed to revamp the site to be flexible or liquid, and reduce the absolute positioning. I thought that this was a rspectable goal until I realized each cell phone has different glitches or shortcomings when it comes to CSS! A fluid design that appears correct in World-wide-web Explorer doesn’t look correct in Firefox, the other that displays appropriately in Firefox would not look right in Internet Explorer. I didn’t even try some other browsers! This challenge leads me to ask a straightforward question. Can I showcase a webpage employing a different stylesheet influenced by the browser that’s viewing it … Continue reading

Hello there, over the previous week or so Concerning been reading on CSS beginner guides and tutorials, and now, I am getting a bit of understanding on the subject. I understand ever since, the best strategy to do it would be to create a different stylesheet with all the colours (British), backgrounds as well as basic layout connected with things, and the things included in the site are the items that are within the HTML document. As well as make sense, have been through a CSS template to check out if I realize everything but POST still don’t. If its not excessive to ask, could somebody reveal this style sheet in my experience and basically good me an idiots guide on what each value and also description means, I can be very thankful as it’s probably my last stepping stone to being able to create my very own. below is a chek out the template as well as script that is seperate in the HTML script Thanks Serta. human body margin: 0px; underlay: 0px; track record: #242323; text-align: vindicate; font: 13px Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; coloration: #444444; h1, h2, h3 margin-top: 0px; font-weight: standard; coloration: #FFFFFF; h1 font-size: TWO. 4em; h2 … Continue reading
FF and IE site differences
WE hate how a website looks different within FireFox and Web Explorer. Mainly my site. I have a new horizontal rule end of it of my page that we want to off white. It’s grey throughout FF but once i look at my own site in IE the idea turns green. Then my contact mode. Both text fields I’ve in it are yellow when using the auto-complete thing intended for FF, but in IE these are grey like I’d like to see them to always be. Is there a way to keep my horizontal rule grey in IE And is there a way I could turn off FF’s auto-complete pertaining to forms The site is http: //deadlygamingstudios. vlexo. online A better route to make a horizontal line is always to use CSS considering < hr> have been deprecated. Add this for your style sheet: . human resources border: 2px good #eee; width: 50% Subsequently ditch the < hr> tier and add this kind of: < p class=" hr" > < /p> Thanks, USC.
