I have a good problem: When building any webpage what a few pointer do to structure a page i know about css as well as about useing tables and have been useing a lot of hybrids. If i were to apply css what sort of positoning: margins, absolutes or others and a few pointer script for browsers that happen to be two old for javascript and css well you know… you should reduce the ‘e’ because after you change use in order to using, you drop the ‘e’…. lol Don’t be afraid to think about other people’s type sheets. Is there any free on the web tutorials that make clear style sheets, especially positioning in css, within plain english w3c can be completey useless. Wow what a harsh statement! I believe W3C’s tutorials tend to be great… try such (other than W3C regarding course) POST figured it away myself. Thanks, even though. the biggest problums i have with the courses at w3 schools is always that they go to slow as well as to fast. Other tutorials grant you check points which you go through however w3 schools does this it is only the blog titles. W3 schools is ok if you need to brush up and also are ok which has a technology and are sharpening further the skills which you will want in it. The best eay ihave found though to learn about a new technology is usually to look in a book as they usually have a lot more detailed information. (sorry about posting in the dead topic ).

whats style sheeting

Definitely im joofhart im a different webdesigner. in one of the guides it pronounces use style sheets wherever possible. i dont determine what that means setting up i use photoshop to perform my page editing and it just import into dreamweaver to try and do saving at optimised. when i transform the layout inside photoshop it changes everything on the site. but i havnt uploaded onto online yet so im not sure if style bed has nething to do with easy updating on-line. please message back immediately. Designing for 19"+ monitors and high screen resolutions

Should anyone have applying for grants how best to style web pages this display well in the typical monitor/resolution developed (lets use 17" monitor at 1024 times 768 resolution) but that do not look horrible when viewing inside the same on a 19" or greater monitor or at high resolutions (1280 a 1024 or higher) I realize this may not relate into the larger population, yet, but I am looking for the right sense of balance between controlled style and design and display plus formats that fine-tune well to a great ever growing selection of end-user configurations. Using fixed width focused layouts, you can end up getting a small box (your web page) surrounded by millions of pixels of nothingness. Fluid layouts, you have a horizontal pain with text wrinkles of 100 words or maybe more. New guy with simple questions

Heya guys, I’m a java programmer by school. Right now I’m looking to help out a pal build a page for his internet business. I have simply no real HTML/CSS, PHP experience but over the last couple days Now i’m picking it ” up ” pretty quickly. The questions: I keep seeing websites this way one where the many content is at the center and the region are greyed out or some other color. almost appear like it’s on paper. I’m wondering on the web get that effect Learn how to make it therefore different links seem different using style sheets Much like the menu items VERSUS the content links within the middle Eventually, how do I produce a static navigational menu for the left and include only the content to the right of it change based on where the user desires to go I think it must be pretty simple however I can’t seem to find the right tutorial along with I’m pretty new to doing this (2 days) haha.
