Help!!!! MAC is ruining my life!!!

All right, seriously, I hear MAC is best for Web Style and design, but every program I familiar with use on my PC is only for windows… I just now got a apple computer, and I have no idea what programs I am suposted to utilize. Does anyone other than them have MAC that will tell me things to get I helpful to use Notepad in addition to Crimson Editor, and neither FTP Pro or 3D-FTP will continue to work on this technique either. I am gonna have to know Dreamweaver eventually, but I prefer to never use it right this moment, only one major change during a period is all I’ll handle…. I am guessing there have to be some basic courses on here that will do just as well, but I was so un-MAC savvy i always don’t even know where to check…. Advice on Web Design Software

Howdy Guys, I am currently undertaking my own final year during university, which involves developing a dynamic web software, which will consist of. asp code and connections into a MySQL database. I am pretty familiar while using likes of Dreamweaver as well as hard code HTML PAGE, but I’d also love to increase my understanding curve by learning a totally new web-design package aside from the commonly applied Dreamweaver, Front Page or even Notepad. I have got a little web style / graphic design company i always run through the myspace account then when I get a fresh customer I normally have them make your deposit of half on the total payment previous to I begin work towards the project, and the other half before I upload your website to their machine.
