one table row doesn’t show up in IE or Opera

I’m designing a site, and everything seems to figureout fine with te exception of a very important factor – I’ve bought a table of which works in Firefox, Netscape, plus Mozilla, but one line disappears in IE and Opera – the actual row with JPGs in the container. Everything else stays identical. I’ve posted the code for this below if any one has any ideas. Some of seems somewhat clumsy and hacked in my opinion, but I just simply did what I really could to get it to seem the way I need to. This is my first attempt at a website, consequently please pardon any kind of inelegant coding, and so forth, and feel free of charge to suggest far better alternatives. client doesn’t want to use my services

I would like to renovate my own site and recreate it from scuff, I’ve been arranging some ideas plus I’ve figured out most of the stuff, but after researching several of my ideas more thuroughly I realized who’s can only become done via repository scripting PHP and MySQL I do think which I recognize nothing about. I will be looking at Website design Courses. The only problem is that there are so many, theres CIW, material for PhP, Pen, MySQL, Coldfusion. And for each one there are many categories. Now i will be looking for organization, while freelancers are generally cool, i would such as something steady to start off with. Currently i will be ok at html and CSS and we are currently messing all over with Flash. Study what you love to do!
