A rethink?? Very confused. :(

Hi people. Ive been posting about an affiliate site I’m making for just a course project – design your personal media/design company in addition to brand it way up, and make this website. It is really a webdesign course.. so all must be accurately done. I am half way thru a jquery based 1 page internet site that – at my desktop, is really lovely to consider and took us a hell of a lot of time. There are still bugs in the container which need completing and ironing nevertheless nothing drastically wrong or too hard to overcome. However, the running speed of it is very low, and its not brilliant for engines like google. I know now that this design is not optimum for what i’d like to use the item for.. but it took me way too long and i just think its v nice if its operating properly. could i allow it to be better Would removing some content from it make it operate quicker know lots of script is with there but thats desired.. i suppose this can include tidied if i tried hard : im new — would it change lives Is there other things … Continue reading →

Best Browser to test website?

Hi there, I had been wondering if any one knew which browser is better to test your current websites in as many as you can but realy concentrate on the major 4 IE6, 7, 8 firefox, sfari, opera. and for seo indexability lynx. Firefox having Firebug, I’ve identified, is the easiest for development. Opera, mainly Opera 10, is very standards-compliant and goes by Acid3. Then test in IE8, then IE7, and as long as you specifically need support as it, IE6. Usually, develop for by far the most standards-compliant browser and work into the least. Images wrapping in unordered list inline menu

I’m developing a menu using the unordered list considering the items presented inline. The menu features six text links and two images : Twitter and LinkedIn icons. Each text connection and image can be an individual list object. Before adding backlinks to each listing item, the menu appears began seeing I would be expecting – inline. However, when I add links into the icons, the icons wrap to new traces (the text backlinks remain together for the " top" line). I have searched for a reply to this problem, but can’t uncover anything. Support is greatly valued! Gives thanks.
