Trying to center whole page AND font not showing up

My organization is designing a website and I made use of a computer which has a " widescreen" formot check. Well, when I look at it on an everyday computer it is far too big and a lot of scrolling across is necessagy to watch the page. I managed to produce the page smaller sized, but I were going to know if there was anyway I could center the full page so it is available centered no matter what computer or browser can be used to view the item. Additionally, I use a new font that comes on on my laptop, but on some other computers it comes on as Times new roman, and not the font i have used ot style and design the page. Every suggestions Thanks ahead for your aid. What program thinking of using to amalgamated the website With Dreamweaver or Frontpage you can center tables with the alignment property. As for font, what font thinking of trying to use Should the computer viewing your website does not develop the font on file since your using, then it will manifest the default font which might be Times New Roman. How to access a static (jpg, gif) image from inside a flash file?

Heya guys, First time poster here and web development beginner / born again beginners. The net designer who formerly created our site is gone, and I’m opting trying to replace some pages. One of the things I’m endeavoring to do is to take out the flash data, as i understand the crawlers at ease with ’em. I realize how to remove the display object, but I’d like to see to access that photos (3 of scroll through) embedded in the flash file. Merely can locate that image files, I could insert them because static images. I realize these images need to be hosted on your server (GoDaddy Linux internet hosting, in case which matters), but We’ve looked through many 8 pages connected with images on presently there, and the solely file (called home_pics. html) that seems as if it could comprise the images I would like is an HTML DOCUMENT file. When I attempt to " download", all that comes up is a blank page and no photos. Getting back into it and need help

Hello everyone, I used to design a lot back years ago and mostly fretting hand coded but I used a few of the early versions with stuff like coffee cup and dreamweaver and perhaps splash, if it is possible to believe that, but it’s been several years and I’m working on a site and thus much is beyond me ever since I didn’t stay into maintaining. I’m working with a very simple web page, and my first and problem is that I’m just not grasping tips on how to use html and css etc. to produce my pages work in most resolutions. I imply, I know how you can hand code typically, but I get real weak with design sheets. I’ve acquired it where them looks ok, however is not right across websites and resolutions. I can make small adjustments then it will work in firefox however it changes one thing in ie making sure that in a specific resolution it’s fe’d upwards. I’m sure it can not be that hard and if anybody could spend a bit time to guide me out I would really, really always be gratefull. mods-admins/T-shirt?

I used to be not able to get on for every day or two. while in search of info about the reason, i came throughout wdf. net tops. when i got on today i visited market but nothing there. you guys should certainly get that with here. the one with " what component to **code** don’t you become, ie" was sooooooooooo crazy. maybe a coffee cup start! That stuff was in the founder of the positioning (Filburt1) many rice. ah, so. still… a wise course of action. i’d buy a coffee cup along with some code laughter. maybe not intended for $20 but nevertheless. thx for the reply wired. I would get the T-shirt while using arrow pointing remaining…. " I’m having Dorky".
