How would I go about doing this I have learned to make the packing containers and radio’s plus everything, I must know how in making the actual mode to where that submits to a strong email address or somthing that adheres to that. Lightsource… Easiest way would be to use PHP. Your webhost must support PHP and also PHP Sendmail. Develop a webpage with the form like this: < sort action=" sendform. php" action=" post" > . . blah blah . the form here . . < /form> Give us a connection to the form, and we’ll offer you a PHP script to upload to the same directory as your web site. You can even just go for you to any website and copy their HTML form. We can work with that and teach you what to adjust. FYI, a … Continue reading

Adding ‘print this page’ and ’email this page’ functionality
Hello everyone, I’m attempting to add a ‘Print’ along with ‘Email’ function that will certain pages on our company’s web site. I already recognize I should probably add the latest stylesheet for offline media, but as for adding the features, I don’t know what to do. I was hoping there’s a simple way to do the idea using Javascript, or else, my only different alternative is ColdFusion (which the site is done in). Assistance! JS: http: //www. javascript-page. com/printpage. code That ended up being quick – thank you! That’s half my personal problem down: squareeyed: Oh, I never observed the e-mail element. You may not use JS to be able to send e-mail I am just afraid. From what I’ve observed in other sites’ form code, it appears how the ’email this page to your friend’ buttons submit to a PHP code regarding some kind. Consequently, I guess I might need the ColdFusion version of that. I have some sort of PHP background so I have no idea of if this is usually feasible in Coldfusion. In each page, collection a JS adjustable to window. location and fixed a hidden form element for this variable. Next, that forms action tag … Continue reading

Hi Everybody My business is a new designer/coder and We’ve a client who does like his customers to sign up for a newsletter. He would including the email addresses which have been submitted in store his email handle. I created the particular subscribe button and box for any customers to enter their email however I don’t learn how to make the submitted addresses check out his email. Support! Well… you will use a server-side language to do that… like PHP or maybe. NET or sometimes Perl. PHP may be the mostly utilised language but talk with your host, see what they assistance. Then… choose which language you’ll be using. Does he simply want the email address of these that register with come straight to his inbox, or does they want them for being stored in the database to mail the newsletters away Right now this individual just wants it in store his inbox but I would love to know how to do it both ways in case. Best Set-up?
I’m doing a internet site for my mom… She needs the easiest way for customers she already have to make any payment. She already provides cc processing expertise so she just should collect the CC details. so what is the simplest way to do the secure web kind Hosting suggestions are generally welcome too. It really depends on the CC service she’s. Just what exactly do they suggest, and do they have a common gateway used in many PHP scripts If they allow PHP orders, do they have got script examples Allow us to know who the woman’s CC processor is. If you merely need basic information collection, use an html form on the secure page (SSL) and still have an email parser (formmail) to collect the form field data and electronic mail it to her email address. I’m may be wrong, but i think it would be secure on that server, but once it results in being email… no longer secure. And the email ends-up within the recipient’s PC… using the customer’s name and charge card numbers… not wise. use a Third party to manage the cc information. Paypal is incredibly great for this kind of. I’ve not used … Continue reading

Email mailto: help
Hi Everyone, I need a little aid. I need to setup email. links that e mail more then one particular person like several groups of people after which people can reply back to the group. Hence I setup in place a mailto: link and may well work perfect but for reasons uknown when I include moire then 17 contacts the hyperlink wont open this email program. Any ideas about why or a better way to do this Gives thanks, Ken Typically, a person would start using a server-side program like PHP to get this done. You didn’t ask this for the PHP part on this forum, so I’m uncertain how much experience you could have with that. In fact, if you use your blog post to send emails (like using PHP), you could have to ask your webhost what limitations there are actually. Many webhosts simply allow a certain lots of emails sent each minute/hour/day. This is always to keep their consumers from spamming using their servers. I guess we would need to know what sorts of emails you will be sending, type data, and if your " newsletter" sort of service might end up being better. I became trying … Continue reading
