Hi! I made a new header bicture, but I do think now its very bright! I cant deside what colors I need for header snapshot! Noob- need advice

I came here trying to find some help and also or advice because my html is definitely limited to quite basic stuff like img, fonts and imagine myspace and thats around the jist of my own coding abilities. LOL Well the real forte is fashion and I am looking for ways to my website exploring better. Right now My organization is using a css we got from one of many css sites.
