Newbie help with frames in MX!

Heya Everyone! I’m a bit new to site design but possess taken the tumble and bought Macromedia Facilities MX and Adobe Illustrator CS… To break me on the design works i’ve downloaded an internet template from zymic. com and loaded it in Dreamweaver MX. On the other hand, it has a regular navigational menu for the left and the main content page i always presume is a frame at the heart, and was wondering how you just change the content inside frame when clicking on the nav. buttons without reloading the complete page. help with rollover img nav buttons and css

i’ve created some rollover nav buttons from image slices and area maps in Fireworks. they work fine on the html created. but i’m designing the site with css, and after cutting and pasting the javascript, stand, and maps towards an html page linking on the css….. they never work!! actually, apart from even show upwards, big ol reddish colored X’s!! i’ve double looked at my coding to ensure the onmouseover and all are pointing towards right files in the right directories, but still no fortune. any kind of suggestions the txt file could be the css page You might want to upload the images into a host. At present you are associating to them on you hard drive, It’s my opinion.
