Post news updates to site on the fly?

I had been wondering if anyone can give me some help with this or point me inside right direction. I wish to have a spot on my main page where We can post news updates and never having to reup the page whenever. Also would like to be able to do this via any pc only am overseas. Any ideas Thank you. Install blog or perhaps CMS software on the web space. Or perhaps, you can create your special little admin place and code them yourself in php or even something. If you’ve under no circumstances done any data source coding then it may be an easy simple solution to start learning it.

Link to collapsible panel

Definitely guys, I have got a simple question nowadays. Well it seems simple but I difficult to find an solution correctly heh. Newb working out the kinks

I have taken over our companies website (we are small and not looking to pay a reliable web designer, sorry) with the basic html awareness I learned in one section of the college course. We were using a bad website creation program i always can’t recall right this moment because I in no way touched it; Coursesmart that had been created for it was hideous and I want to to start through scratch. Basically I understand up enough in html and css to create a much nicer site than we had which is adequate for what we are doing, but you can find one issue i always can’t seem to find a consistent resolution for. I’m affraid which it’s probably a far more complicated solution than I want to dive into, but I’d at the least like to recognize. The main problem I am having is the site looks great once the browser window will be maximized, but once you shrink it, everything starts wrapping to stay in your window. One way is to simply make directories within web’s underlying and link up the many files to pages BUT that will make the end user able to download the words My second goal would be to secure this information also. i. e. No one could download this information recommended to their system. Only Read-Only. Rather Unique issue.

We have landed a big client whose ambition is a rather large online store. They have related to 800 items, but want an extremely simple solution b/c they’ve a person on staff efficient at running the internet site. I thought of going with creating PayPal as well as copying the program code in, but that would be a lot of function. They don’t necessarily desire to go with the actual shopping cart answer (and neither perform I) for cost reasons and also the reason that they don’t have everything in stock. They say that, they would actually need to visit if they had the idea in, and they would have no clue when they may get it for the customer. So I believe one of the best method is taking credit cards and being very descriptive for the customer about the relationship.
