Creating a dynamic image?

What I’d like to do is definitely w/ some snazzy value (php / javascript / CSS / mysql), is always to create a background for the forum avatar. Now because avatars will come in different sizing’s, the background should expand to the larger ones. I know sometimes it is done w/ a few CSS, but Now i’m no expert From the example below (click the actual pic, it’ll mature, easier to see), consider the blue square for the red background (the left half) as a static image, while using right half as being a full red background, with the avatar above it (CSS magic! ). At this point, in the very first one, the avatar is from the standard parameters (say 1×1 to 50×50 pixels within size), so some computer code w/ a 54×54 pixel red-colored square image would work with some CSS placing to center your avatar’s upper eventually left corner to A FEW, 3 on that background image would work properly. So… im looking in to building my earliest real website ive made a couple of webpages before yet nothing functional – i have a clothing company and we would like a webpage to offer my clothing on the web. im also a new graphic designer our full time work. Hello everyone, I am down the middle of re-designing my business’ website. I have some website development experience but have been out from the web design scene for some time now. The basic layout for the site is full, and now I am trying to figure out how to find the content on there that i want. What You want is an Personnel Profiles page. I don’t need to write the profiles into the HTML of the page since that may not be very easily editable. Greetings Everyone, My client likes this web page, but I would like to add something to it to supply it more design than just Random world. He does not want any longer content on the idea than what the thing is, so I are unable to break it in place with images and up text… I was imagining a background may also help, but what Thanks to your time and inventive advice. In Major need of help
