Background image and div tags.

Hello forum, My organization is having the hardest time wanting to figure this out and about. Here it should go. (My end game is to secure a scrollable text box that does not move when people resize the internet browser window. ) My organization is using Dream Weaver CS5 The website My organization is working with, My organization is having some issues. This is the challenge. I have a. psd I ‘m using that when my layout. I center it and also add a backdrop color to the item. When I let that happen and preview in browser it really is all messed up it is not aligned to where I’d like to see it to.
