need help on creating a bar that adjusts to user’s resolution

I am trying to develop a bar across the top of my web page that adjusts for the resolution of that user’s screen so that whatever resolution the customer has the bar spans across the screen. If someone could possibly give me some cheap do this that could be great. Many thanks What would that bar contain Would it you need to be one plain color or would the item have an image in The bar is a shape of a wave which has a red/white diagonal gradient. Hi, I have problem I need to solve and I’m not sure the best option to go. Basicly I need a avalibility calander using a web page. Every day can be in a single of three ‘states’, often avalible, confirmed arranged or unconfirmed. Truly written the internet page in HTML. using tables (Click here to discover it so far) The problem will be the site was generated for some people who need ideas of HTML and I don’t want to have to keep doing it again becasue these people accidently deleted half a table. At the moment if a particular date changes from one particular state to one more they e-mail my home and I modify it manualy. What I need is really a way of building some form of front end so as to go and help to make alterations by clicking about the days or something. Which of most of these two comes first in the design process Some individuals may start about the composition and turn out by working on the code, other may take one other route. The correct way to add content to Photoshop Design using Dreamweaver?

This is a puzzle to me since i obtained interested in web design. I’m relatively new to web development and coding and so pls bare that as the primary goal when replying. I have read that using tables for layout is technically the wrong way to add content with a web page knowning that something like 70% of websites are impractical just for this. I can pattern anything in illustrator regarding web floor plans and i discover how to optimize images. Its just next time i slice it and also open it around dreamweaver, i don’t discover how to add content, as well as if i could, how to position it wherever i need to without the entire layout screwing up like it normally does.
