how to design images for different screen sizes

Im new to all this could someone help me?

wysiwyg textarea editor

I have recently design a web site using frontpage 2002 (first oversight I’m finding out) pertaining to educators, my overall mistake was which i had my res set on my own laptop to 1600×1200 next time i created it. 3 months subsequently (a week ago) I published your website. Well now I find that people should either change there resolution to see the site or scroll everywhere we look to see all. my site includes over 25 websites and over 400 hyper-links to sorts, documents, calendars, and so on. I need to be able to change the decision, I was specialist 800×600. What is the best web design software?

Hey! I’m totally new to website design and I’m looking to buy a programme. I have windows ME including a Pentium 3 but am seeking to upgrade soon for the reason that ME can’t support most of the better programmes… I am just just wondering, as a matter of opinion, what is the very best web design program Dreamweaver without question personally. Frontpage chucks out a large quanity of jibberish. GoLive I solely tried a trial run but didnt get on about it much. Dreamweaver is rather powerfull and it can be tool tips in MX 2004 are priceless to me! Especially when it concerns the CSS. I haven’t actually pushed Dreamweaver quite a lot, but there are some good tools in them and good extentions on the market. It makes your life, working with expensive and fireworks better as well. If that you’re new to website development, and are some sort of hobbyist (ie not make career out of the, well not yet) maybe it is best to learn HTML beforehand to discover if it intrigues a person, and just start using a text editor because you do so. i have a question, is there anyway you are able to put a coffee applet or something on the webpage so it automatically records the actual visitor’s ip plus emails it in my experience or stores the idea somewhere for me to access and find out who went about it.
